Fixito is free to use to help you find the best service providers, fast. Once you use Fixito to find the perfect service provider, you will have to pay the plumber, locksmith, etc. as you normally would. Fixito will provide you information to help you make the best decision on which provider to select but we take no responsibility for the work of the service provider that you ultimately select.

How fast is Fixito?

Fixito calls up to 30 service providers near you in under 1 minute and gets responses in 2 minutes to see if they can help you with your home emergency. We take the hassle out of calling around trying to find a plumber, locksmith, or other service provider that can help you immediately.

Do I have to use one of the service providers if I submit a problem through Fixito?

No. We hope that you will use one of the service providers that we've called and that have notified us that they are available to help you, but you are not bound to select any of the providers that responded, it is completely up to you on who you contact to help you with your home emergency.
